Went in to return a bra I bought online. Was greeted with the BEST customer service! The girls helped me find a bra similar to the one I wear quite often. Ended up getting 2 for the price of one! Thank you both so much for being so sweet!
Walked in for help, asked for it the lady behind the counter acted as if I was bothering her, then treated me as if I was lower like I was beneath her. Tried on two bras all while she still wasn't treating me correctly. And trust me when I say I've worked in multiple different customer service fields and that is not how you treat a customer. Tonight I needed to run in and out. Berkley was so great, she helped me find what I needed then helped me navigate my coupon options. All the ladies are so friendly and helpful. I usually prefer online but this store is well worth the in person experience.
