Amazing customer service at the Juban Crossing Lane Bryant! I came in with 5 bras I had ordered online, all in the wrong size (my bad lol), and these ladies helped me find all of the bras I needed (in the correct size of course) AND were able to help me save $100+ on the SAME bras I had just purchased online!! I ended up with an ADDITIONAL bra, five pairs of underwear, two tops, two pairs of earrings and two sets of socks ON TOP of the original 5 bras… and only spent 2 dollars more! I live halfway between this one at Juban Crossing and the one in Covington. I normally come to this one but a couple of months ago I had to go to Covington. I will never go back to Covington the customer service there is garbage compared to these wonderful women at the Juban Crossing location. They remember me most of the time I go there and always go beyond to help me.
