The store is always super clean. The staff is always super helpful. Their bras and underwear are very comfortable. And very supportive, and I recommend them for any plus size girlies.

I've gotten bras from Lane Bryant for years! Due to weight gain and losses I would get measured for the correct bra. This time I went in there and asked to be measured. I'm still at a loss as to why she was so rude to me. She did not measure me at all. Gave me two to try on. When I came out and said neither fit she just turned and walked away. The rudeness level was over the top. Still confused about the entire situation. I left with no purchases.
