I live for their bra and panty collection. Everything a plus girl needs to feel even prettier under her clothes. The staff is helpful with sizing you and picking out the right bra for your clothing needs. I'd send anyone there.

I went into the Eldridge & Westheimer location on Friday, 7/24/15. While the saleswoman's enthusiasm was impressive, her persistence in giving her opinion and demanding that I be measured for a proper bra fitting was beyond irritating. I had intended to purchase several pairs of trousers and bras, however, I walked away with nothing. Not that I didn't want to purchase.. just that when it came time to ring up my selections, the very intrusive salesperson walked away from the register. This is my favorite store of all the Lane Bryant's combined. The store is New York grade and the clothing selection here is top notch. The clothing displays are out of this world and I always end up buying pieces I would never think of trying for myself. The mgr certainly knows how to incorporate her techniques of display to draw attention to her shoppers. We are the LB ladies of N.C. and we are FABULOUS!

This is my favorite store of all the Lane Bryant's combined. The store is New York grade and the clothing selection here is top notch. The clothing displays are out of this world and I always end up buying pieces I would never think of trying for myself. I took my son there and the barber " a female named Tee" butchered his hair. It looked like a 3 yr old cut it. It was all different lengths and choppy. I never ever needed a hair cut to be fixed before. Not on me or any of my 4 kids. It was bad! She rushed through it was done before I left the shop. I had to ask her to fix it. She made it worse. This is a true womens store that understands not all women are xsmall-XL only. I love the size range. even us curve gales have great selections.

I am very unhappy with Lane Bryant moving to Rosedale. The Valley Plaza Mall is centrally located allowing for shoppers to come from different areas of town. The new location is smaller and has shorter business hours. How inconvenient. Not to mention that there isn’t much clearance. This leads me to believe that because they are in an upscale part of town, they will also keep prices up. Also, I bought 2 bras there and they failed to remove the security tag off of them. Fast, yes. However I gave them until noon the next day, I told them no rush. When I picked them up, they spent 20 min looking for them. I am the one who ended up finding them on the for sale rack. I brought my own one in as they have only one shirt to pick from, in-store. The print sizes were all wrong including both, separate shirts and sayings.
