Every time I have gone into this store is a pleasant experience. The employees are always so helpful and very attentive. I can't say the same for the lane Bryant in the Louis Joliet mall. The two ladies that where there didn't once come up to me to ask if I needed help...so I walked right out and will not return again. I live in Joliet and would rather drive out to Oswego were I know I will get great service and a fantastic shopping experience.
