Went to Lane Bryant in Jordan landing an was helped by a nice lady named Emily. I had to be fitted for a bra and she gott me sized and helped me to every extent. She was very patient and knowledgeable. This Lady need a raise! She was absolutely wonderful. Had a great experience.
EDIT: I'm revising my rating because it's not fair for me to ding this particular store just because I'm frustrated with the company. So, my rating for customer service (in the past) is a 5. My opinion of the company is a 2 or 3. ORIGINAL POST * * * The prices have gone insanely high. I realize it's a specialty size store, but come on! I think they know they've got you trapped as far as needing plus size clothing. I had to return an item I had purchased online. They were very friendly and professional.
I came in last minute and the staff were all so nice and helpful! I feel like it was the easiest clothes shopping experience I've ever had, great sizes and styles! Will defintely be coming back.
