Awesome as usual
Today lane bryant put the coffin in the nail with their customer service over the phone and in person from May 2nd to today. I have no clue why you would have 3 ladies who are brand new employees training each other and not know how to do an afterpay return. Grant it I had a LB cc and refuse to use it and prefer afterpay or debit. But this is ridiculous I'm out the return product and my money. Avoid at all cost this was years coming. 😠
Liz was superb!! I went in there to return some bras my husband had bought as a gift for me for christmas. I had no idea what I was doing or what I wanted, so I was completely overwhelmed to the point of having an anxiety attack. Liz was able to calm me down and pick out the exact thing that I needed. It was a quick and painless experience contrary to what my expectations were and I'm extremely grateful for Liz and all of her help.
