In 2020 i recall paying for expedited shipping and the board took about 2 months to come in. Their customer service people are awful and dgaf
Don’t buy a bike from them if you hope to get it serviced by them. I bought two bikes from them and I’ve called multiple times about getting maintenance/repairs done and they don’t answer the phone or return my messages. I ljke the bikes, though.
I wanted to take a second and recognize the top shelf staff at the landyachtz factory store in Vancouver. I went to the store today to buy skateboards for my 6 year old daughter and I. I’m super new to skateboarding and, while I had done some research on their boards, I was really clueless on what was best for the two of us.
