Don’t buy a bike from them if you hope to get it serviced by them. I bought two bikes from them and I’ve called multiple times about getting maintenance/repairs done and they don’t answer the phone or return my messages. I ljke the bikes, though.
I wanted to take a second and recognize the top shelf staff at the landyachtz factory store in Vancouver. I went to the store today to buy skateboards for my 6 year old daughter and I. Dont use Scott. I write this knowing I wont be going there again and that's fine, my go to place for the last several years is no more. See I had brought my bike in to replace a couple of things, the derailleur, 1 pair of pads a rotor & I wanted new forks though i cant remember if i had mentioned this early on, regardless. & Yes right up front I acknowledge theres more that needs doing to it. Short term summary I gave them 5 stars not that my opinion matters but wanted to share that. The customer service is very friendly, knowledgeable, and the best part is that i never feel they are trying to up sell me on anything. I had just started my longboard journey more cruiser carving, just to clarify. I had some ideas in mind of what i was looking for and what i had parts for.
