Brian is very knowledgeable, practical, forthcoming, and willing to help, a great and rare combination for an attorney. We are out of state and have a small property to transfer due to a death in the family. Brian explained our options, told us the costs for each up front, and also answered a few bankruptcy questions, even though we could not use him for that since we are out of state! Also, he picked up his own phone, which unfortunately is rare for law offices. I would not hesitate to call him for probate or bankruptcy.
