Terrible company, very crooked. They dont follow the Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA). We had to get a court order that said exactly what the PSA said. It had *expired* and they refused that plain language. This was not complicated. They may be the only title company in Grant County, but you do not have to use them. Save yourself and go to Baker or elsewhere!
Very efficient and easy to work with, plus they have a dog in the office which always makes things better!
