We worked with Ryan at LandTech to put in a retaining wall at our Lake Michigan home. They then repaired the steps down to the beach. They did a very good job. The project is still work g beautifully and I stay in touch with Ryan. They take out our last 12 feet of steel stairs now to avoid any further damage.
Completed approx. 100 feet of retaining walls. Land Tech manages project from quote to execution very well. Was able to adjust for changes in conditions and design. Work crews are diligent dedicated and very competent.
LandTech helped us navigate an erosion issue in our yard from a public storm drain. They worked with us and EGLE to create the best plan to protect our property. Curt Hall listens to the concerns of the property owner. His work crew are diligent and the outcome is amazing! Thank you!
Great service friendly crew
Landtech/Shoretech constructed a seawall for us across 200 feet of Lake Michigan frontage in August 2020. Curt Hall is a master at analyzing shoreline issues and worked hard with us to develop a plan for our unusual property. A team headed by Scott Prince worked tirelessly to haul tons of limestone down a steep bank to construct our barrier. They showed unique skill dealing with conditions along the lakefront and we could always count on them to do what they said they were going to do. We highly recommend this company.
