Absolutely great rental experience. The unit was beautiful — tall ceilings, all brand-new appliances, and everything felt clean and modern. It also has both heat and AC, which makes it comfortable year-round. You can tell a lot of care went into the place. Communication with the landlord was smooth and professional, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. We had good experiences with the builder. We purchased one of their houses, they are very responsive and helpful on maintenance request. They even helped on roof problem which was not their responsibility (tree branch fell and punctuated the roof). I was really worried about where to find a contractor to come during holidays, but they nicely offered help and came in next day.

Really disappointed with the follow through on their new homes. The finishes are what you would expect in a new mass produced home, nothing to write home about, with some clear lack of craftsmanship (for example, cabinets were full of sawdust from countertop install). But what makes this a frustrating experience has been the ongoing electrical/appliance issues and the lack of response from the builder. We’ve lived in our place for 6 months, and we still haven’t received items that were promised during closing. Some of these ... read more

Do NOT become one of their tenants. Everything in their apartment is cheaply made. And they try to charge you for repairs that they should be making.When you're blessed enough to leave their apartment, they refuse to return your deposit. The apartment we rented was located so close to the highway and The noise was TERRIBLE. I do not recommend Ash Glenn LLC.
