We rented a townhome from our former landlord and had such a positive experience. The home was well-maintained, clean, and in great condition when we moved in. Any maintenance requests were taken care of quickly, and communication was always prompt and respectful. They were friendly, professional, and truly cared about making sure we were comfortable in the home. We felt safe and valued as tenants the entire time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a townhome from a responsible and trustworthy landlord.

Absolutely great rental experience. The unit was beautiful — tall ceilings, all brand-new appliances, and everything felt clean and modern. It also has both heat and AC, which makes it comfortable year-round. You can tell a lot of care went into the place. We had good experiences with the builder. We purchased one of their houses, they are very responsive and helpful on maintenance request. They even helped on roof problem which was not their responsibility (tree branch fell and punctuated the roof). I was really worried about where to find a contractor to come during holidays, but they nicely offered help and came in next day.

Really disappointed with the follow through on their new homes. The finishes are what you would expect in a new mass produced home, nothing to write home about, with some clear lack of craftsmanship (for example, cabinets were full of sawdust from countertop install). But what makes this a frustrating experience has been the ongoing electrical/appliance issues and the lack of response from the builder.
