We had good experiences with the builder. We purchased one of their houses, they are very responsive and helpful on maintenance request. They even helped on roof problem which was not their responsibility (tree branch fell and punctuated the roof). I was really worried about where to find a contractor to come during holidays, but they nicely offered help and came in next day.

Really disappointed with the follow through on their new homes. The finishes are what you would expect in a new mass produced home, nothing to write home about, with some clear lack of craftsmanship (for example, cabinets were full of sawdust from countertop install). But what makes this a frustrating experience has been the ongoing electrical/appliance issues and the lack of response from the builder. Do NOT become one of their tenants. Everything in their apartment is cheaply made. And they try to charge you for repairs that they should be making.When you're blessed enough to leave their apartment, they refuse to return your deposit. The apartment we rented was located so close to the highway and The noise was TERRIBLE. I do not recommend Ash Glenn LLC. Beyond impressed with our new townhome. Everything is made extremely well and the modern design/interior and extra touches throughout the home are amazing, including the super fancy air filtration/circulation system throughout. Can tell it was well thought out with quality top of mind! Happy to call our new home, home.
