Had a great experience at this location and recommend their factory tour! It was about 30 minutes and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products!
Walked in around 2pm and received a greeting. Upon finding potential rings to inquire about, I stood at the counter for 15 minutes without being acknowledged. You apparently have to be aged 65+ or older to get any service as several older women and couples were being doted upon. One saleswoman was going to leave another customer to look at some rings at the EXACT case I had been standing at and I had to grab her attention to get price questions answered finally.
