I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I was supposedly sent a text message my ring was completed. Since I was unaware of receiving a text would not a phone call have been appropriate since my ring was done for three weeks? What happened to customer service? If it wasn't for Tammy this would have been a zero review. She goes above and beyond and I will not do business unless she is there.
