We picked the chicken Alfredo as a wedding meal however we received an Alfredo with no chicken. They said there was a miscommunication however in all our exchanges we never mentioned anything about changing any recipes. They said they would give us a refund for the chicken but we never received any refund. It has now been 5 months with no response, even though we have reached out 3 or more times. They have good waiting staff however the ownership or managers are unresponsive and disappointing.
Staff was excellent and food was delicious
We used Landstra for our wedding reception a few weeks ago. Our venue didn't have a kitchen so they had to bring all the food preheated. Everything was perfect temp and was delicious. Stacey was very easy to work with. The bartenders were awesome and super fun! The buffet staff wasn't the best - we asked for the cake to be cut and served for dessert and it took close to 20 min after my parents told them. Food is absolutely delicious. I recommend the lasagne and pasta and pulled pork. Stacey is wonderful and very courteous. A great little gem in the town of Strathroy

Your staff was so organized and lovely and we really appreciated how smooth the event with. The food was great and the bar service was superb.
