My Real Estate Office is right next door and this is the Only Title Co we choose to use. Thanks to them we always Close. Trina and KC are the absolute best. I’d also like to add that the only 1Star review is by a women named Susan. I was her Agent till she went pyscho on me and I had to tell her to kick rocks. Her review was an attack of revenge and pettiness. Worst Client I’ve Ever had to work with. Good riddance🤣

I did nor have a choice of title companies so hear folks do not call back they are rude and leave messages as if they are reprimanding a child in a condescending manner! Please do ur research as I could have NEVER used them had I had a choice. I do not recommend Trina or Landstar title on tierra verde .
