This is a grossly incompetent Title company from the owner Trina ALL the way down. Even the listing agent Susan Shoemaker that selected them told me how disappointed she was in selecting them. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away.
My Real Estate Office is right next door and this is the Only Title Co we choose to use. Thanks to them we always Close. Trina and KC are the absolute best. I’d also like to add that the only 1Star review is by a women named Susan. I was her Agent till she went pyscho on me and I had to tell her to kick rocks. Her review was an attack of revenge and pettiness. Worst Client I’ve Ever had to work with. Good riddance🤣
