I am not even sure if they checked the title. They put on deed that my house was 3 family what was a big surprise for us during the closing. Unfortunately it is 2 family 🤷🏻♀️

Scam, I received a letter asking for NYC RPTT and NYC RETT when the co-op seller already pay for it. Also how they have my signature with notary stamp. Even though most information is not correct I will have my attorney send them a demand letter .
