Nice park great place
Nice selection
Kinda nice place to live. Clean but not much quiet anymore. Very loud car stereos, cars with no mufflers. Getting quite annoying! Park doesn't seem to care. They don't seem to care about much anymore. All kinds of lease violations. But as long as they leave me alone, it's cool. Rent is starting to get kinda high too.
Nice looking community. They seem to be updating with nicer ones as the older/ old models become vacated. ( this Is a trend I am seeing in a number of communities that want to upscale). There is a pool...although in my trip around I did not find a playground ( best to ask at their offices, as I was there on a weekend and there to view two specific homes. Mostly clean and bright. Not a junkie area either. Very decent.
