Hearing from a tenant of a property that this company just took over. No cleaning no trash removal and over all zero management but rent collection. I urge you to read your tenant rights for NY. She will be doing just that and fighting back within her legal rights. Update. 2 weeks later No reply on this. Nor any change to the property management. It just goes to show this company doesn't care about tenants. Sorry if you rent from them.
I would give them zero starts but thats not an option. This is the worst property management every they treat tenants poorly the treat the property poorly. They get paid to manage properties and the only thing they manage is they money. They are lazy they do not fix or tend to any maintenance issue they dont up keep the property in no way shape or form, last but not least they a racist.
It is a very bad place to live,they don't put much into the building and as long as they are guaranteed rent anybody can move in,they used to follow protocol being renting their properties now they even allow certain tenants to move in without a deposit,on the hush.The elderly don't feel comfortable even coming out of their apartments after the office closes do to all the riff raff that's hangs in and around the building and many of the staff fraternize with the tenants ,please don't move there and definitely don't let your ... read more
