Very disappointed with Landshark. They leave and tell no one, dont take partial payments out for the month they know they are closing, (took it all) but then can't refund to pro-rate amount, I bet. I shouldn't have had to reach out to find out, and it shouldn't have been when I pulled up to the get my car washed that I found out your closing down. Terrible customer service and the brush on the right side has been messed up for 2 months. Soap sometimes rinses off and sometimes you have to get out and finish the job. Zero star... read more
Now under new ownership as of at least 3/23/26. Prices went way up from previous membership packages. Still a good wash and vacuum usage as of right now while they're transitioning.

After having a membership for months, I went yesterday only to be told they are no longer owned by Landshark. I wasn't allowed to get a wash even though I have paid for the month. Landshark...I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
Edit 3/13/26 Apparently the company was sold without any notice to current membership holders. I came today for a wash and was told, rather rudely, that Landshark had been sold and my membership was void, even though I pay monthly and my current month-- that I already PAID for-- is still active until 3/18. No courtesy, just told I'd have to purchase a car wash or a new membership if I wanted to wash my car. Prices are WAAAAYYYY higher with the new company, too.
