Been a member for a couple years now and have been satisfied with my experience. Friendly staff and convenient process. Every now and then they're randomly closed for maintenance, but that can be expected as a car wash. Had to give 4 stars because of the constant price increases with the monthly pass. Still worth the price, but when I started it was $17 monthly, then raised to $20, then again to $22. I'm expecting $25 monthly will happen soon enough.
