I’ve always had an amazing experience at this car wash, which is why today’s experience was so disappointing. When I arrived, the employee giving directions (a white male with glasses and medium-length hair) seemed distracted and wasn’t paying attention while guiding me onto the track. Dirty Dog’s (formerly Land Shark) My kids and I had a great experience!! We met the new Manager Josh who was so kind!! Our car is sparkly clean. You can’t beat that they offer microfiber towels and spray so you can clean the interior. There is also a pressured air gun at every station all complimentary!! Just for the experience with my kids after school I’m becoming a member! BEST CAR-WASH IN COLUMBUS HANDS DOWN
“Dirty Dogs” or whatever moved in. Was falsely told a month ago that they canceled my membership, but I was just charged 3 days ago. Went in to check it out. Owner “is in Florida” and the worker there said he could not help me. Okay fine, what’s another month of unlimited car washes?$30 won’t kill me. NOPE. The worker there said I am not allowed to utilize my membership this month (that I was charged for 3 days ago) as I properly cancelled the membership just moments ago and told me this AFTER he cancelled it.
