Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had recently. The person working at the to-go counter was rude, dismissive, and acted like customers were bothering them. The food isn’t worth dealing with that kind of attitude. Management should pay attention because service like this drives customers away.
Very bad service. We waited for a waiter to take our order and they never came to the table. They passed by our side without even looking at us. While they served the other people. I don't know whether to think that they are people who discriminate, but we had to leave the place and while we left we saw all their waiters sitting or talking to each other which was very disappointing. I can't even say anything positive since their staff didn't even give us the food experience.

nteresting 🤨 Since we were only there during the weekdays- it was mostly empty. Our waitress was great, joking and talking to us. The food was okay, not great not bad. The drinks were good! We had a pina colada and the perfect margarita- and it was perfect! At first, when we were scoping out the place- we were daunted by the 400m of boat docks connecting parking to the restaurant.
