Cindy is a crook to say the least ... I was her tenant at this location and she ended up charging me almost 2,000 for scratches on hardwood flooring that were already when I moved in on day 1... no human could make those scratches , but one of their 5 dogs that were IN THE BUILDING DEF DID... Cindy is a con artist who will steal your deposit - deal with caution... or better yet avoid like the plague
I've worked closely with Cindy for several projects. I couldn't be happier with her work, the work of her partner or the people onsite. Highest level on integrity on all issues. When I asked for a detailed accounting for my records it was presented later that day. It was great - all detailed out and nothing left to guess work. Many times in the past I've felt other companies have to backtrack and sortof make up a few things. NOT SO with this company. My highest recommendations!
