Very positive experience with a driveway extension project where an embankment needed to be cut out. Project was completed on time, on budget and I was very impressed at how clean they kept the entire project with no mud or ruts through my yard and existing driveway. LandServ will be my first and only call going forward! -thank you!!

Zach is a very friendly and knowledgeable person to work with. We share many of the same customers together as they offer many services that we do not such as big landscape construction projects and lawn care. I would highly recommend working with Zach and their company. They will give you clear and honest feedback and provide you with the information to make the best decision for yourself.

Landserv was working on a water line across the street from my house, we were not dealing with them in any capacity. My 3 year old son wanted to watch them work from our front yard. One of the workers went out of his way to blow the horn on the dump truck and then brought my son over a Gatorade. He thought it was the coolest thing in the world! I wanted to leave a note here in hopes that employee gets recognized, it was extremely kind.

We had a wonderful experience with Landserv from the start of the demolition of our old deck, to the completion of our new deck and paver project. Evan and Shane were very professional to work with, attentive, clear on their communication and punctual with the timeline. The covered deck was built in the winter and I couldn't believe the building crew showed up on all those very cold January days!
