Landserv was working on a water line across the street from my house, we were not dealing with them in any capacity. My 3 year old son wanted to watch them work from our front yard. One of the workers went out of his way to blow the horn on the dump truck and then brought my son over a Gatorade. He thought it was the coolest thing in the world! I wanted to leave a note here in hopes that employee gets recognized, it was extremely kind.

We had a wonderful experience with Landserv from the start of the demolition of our old deck, to the completion of our new deck and paver project. Evan and Shane were very professional to work with, attentive, clear on their communication and punctual with the timeline. The covered deck was built in the winter and I couldn't believe the building crew showed up on all those very cold January days! The team was so professional from beginning to end of the planting project. They listened to my ideas but shared excellent new thoughts and checked in with me as the day progressed. A truly professional and knowledgeable team. Could not be happier with the way my place looks.

All I know is that Evan and his team donated their own labor and machine time in clearing the Houserville Community Garden’s monstrous weed pile at the end of the 2023 growing season—and doing a thorough job of it. Their work saved garden members a bunch of man-hours, sweat, and probably even some skin rashes (owing to the topical irritation that our weed pile’s plentiful pokeweed can cause).
