Terrible Experience with Landsea Homes & The Meadows in Gunter, TX I strongly regret choosing Landsea Homes and buying a house in The Meadows in Gunter. The experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, they made critical mistakes—starting with pouring the wrong slab for our home, to flooding our house. I’ve made the purchase with the previous company and it’s been a year. I’ve owned my home and I have recently conducted my yearly inspection before my home warranty was out and I must say Mrs. Donna D. Has a system made throughout the whole process this year. even though she may not do them maintenance work, she made sure that if I had any issues with my home which are very minimum the contractors were contacted. Wow! So many horrible reviews! Waaay more negative reviews, than positive ones. Makes one give pause, and wonder, "are these people serious home builders, or not?" I think we'll keep on looking for a builder, that really cares about working with their client. You folks won't last long in Texas, if you keep pissing off potential clients. Don't mess with Texas.
I purchased a house from Landsea Homes and the sales representative. Ronit and the construction manager Logan have been very professional since day one until my last day. I am definitely I going to use the company, and the team members help me with the process .
