Beware when you buy a home from Landsea. The home construction quality is so bad that the exterior stucco started cracking at several places throughout the houses. This is not just my experience, but several of my neighbors as well. When you create a service request to fix them, they would bring in the agreements saying that the crack is within the tolerance limits. They would use the same terms for any issues citing the tolerance limits (Concrete cracks, corner cracks, wood cracks etc). The HVAC vent fans are not even mount... read more
