First service, quoted $241, picked up car to find he's doubled the cost with extra work (including cabin filter which is a diy job) without phoning to check first. Second service asked for a phone call to discuss any extra work, during phone call we agree to extra work, pick up car to find he's not done all of the extra work discussed but changed the cabin filter again. A little honesty might keep your customers champ.

Fantastic service. They got my car in last minute and helped me with the process while i was feeling frantic. They really did an amazing job and I cant recommend them enough.
