Had an appointment on a Thursday , no show no call. I called they said he’s on his way, no show! Finally he call we rescheduled for another day, stayed home again, no show no call! Just got off the phone with a phone rep, and told her this was not right in a civil way, saying this is bad business, I didn’t even finish, she hung on me. So if your looking to waste your time for a no show estimate, these are your people!
To the owner. Your guy Alex is ok for texting for a week. Today I’ve taken time off work to meet him 4-5. No show, no heads up, nothing. In my book this is not acceptable! I can’t trust my sod waiting for installation in the driveway to people who no show.
Hired them a few months back and I have to say that overall communication was stellar. The job came in above the initial proposal, but Alex kept me informed along the way. I would have given 5 stars, but what we are running into now is that the rock beds have an over abundance of weeds that have come through. A weed barrier was not put down before the rocks were installed.
These guys did a good job for me, sod, metal edging, weed barrier, stone, etc. Hard work and reasonable price, responsive to my concerns. Recommended.
