My design and implementation from Carter was good although I ended up dealing with water in my garage and basement due to grading issues. I called Carter repeatedly and left messages and asked for him to return my call. Eventually, he called and I told him what the present water issues were and reminded him that he promised me I would not have water issues anymore.
