Recommended 36 minutes ago Customer service is the Hallmark of any company and I'm standing up to say that "Butcher's nursery and landscaping" fulfilled that role perfectly. I lost two citrus trees due to sandy soil and poor water retention. The folks at Butcher's stood by their guarantee and replaced my two trees without question. They are still thriving now and I would definitely go to them again for my plant needs. Thank you Butcher's for making me a believer in you.
Terrible company the owner installed five large trees in my yard. The tabebuia died Within five months and butchers did not honor there guarantee three others sustained major damage during transport and installation. Of course the owners ignored my texts had two arborists come to my house they both told me the trees were severely mishandled and suffered serious damage. Butchers could care less the owners jim and Julie are unprofessional and arrogant. Filing a lawsuit in small claims court soon not that it will matter. Avoid ... read more
My wife and sister's-in-law asked me where they should go to find a small tree they can take with them for planting next to their mom's headstone in Puerto Rico. I told them the only place they should go is Butcher's. They planted four fruit trees for us in the past and we were very satisfied with their selection and personal-care service. Jim was especially sympathetic with the situation and gave them another small Hong Kong Orchid Tree free of charge. Highly recommended.
I wish I could give these guys 10 stars! BUT I CAN ONLY GIVE THEM 1. Julie and her crew came out to our home in the evening to install some beautiful mature citrus trees one that already had fully grown fruit. This company guarantees their trees in writing. It was a surprise for my wife's birthday... A few weeks later... The trees were dying... I called and spoke to Jim a few times. I text back and fourth with Jim many times. He asked me to send pictures of the trees, I did. They gave me other suggestions and I did them too.... read more
My landscaping is beautiful. Julie was great to work with. She works hard to make sure you are happy and makes sure the guys helping are also neat and tidy. The whole crew was professional.

They are hardworking, honest people and company that do a beautiful job. I was in Daytona from out of town & stayed at a beachfront hotel that they'd recently landscaped. You could definitely tell they'd done the work! It was breathtaking with the selection of plants for both the corridor areas & the full sun areas and then the lighting and gravel topped it off. Julie did an outstanding job with suggesting landscaping ideas for our yard. I was very impressed by the fact that she was able to use some plants we already had and move them to fit the design.She listened to what we wanted and chose plants accordingly. The plants are beautiful and Julie has been a pleasure to work with.
