Horrible customer service. Asked this guy if he serviced a certain area to give him business and he said yes. He then told me he would be there Friday and never showed up.. and then when I texted him he never replied. Days later when I text him he said he doesn’t service that area and if I want to get a cut from him it has to be every other week and not when I call him, if the grass does not need to be cut yet then it doesn’t.. He had confirmed a date but didn’t show up which is his fault and not mine.. super unprofessional ... read more
