Huge selection and helpful staff
Been calling for 4 days. No one ever answers the phone. Left a message, no one called back. Went to read the reviews and evidently this has been a problem for some time. Guess they don't want the business.
I would’ve given them zero if I could I sent a couple of my guys down there to get some Pavers. They charge him $12 a square foot for a concrete paver absolutely ridiculous. Then I think I spoke to someone named I get the Pavers to the job site. Five of them are cracked. They have chips in them. I have call the Kingston location on numerous occasions in a one week period. Not one call was answered, and a message that I left regarding the purchase, pricing and delivery of stone was never returned. What a way too run a business.
I just went today to pick up a pallet of stone. The trailer i have has a drive up gate, so not removable. The gentleman in the yard helping me was extremely helpful. He suggested I follow him to the back where he had extended forks. He then was easily able to put the pallet of stone into my trailer. As the trailer took the weight we both realized the tire pressure in both tires was not adequate for the weight.
