Place is ok. Last week I went to grab some playground chips. Called around and they had what I needed and went and picked it up. Gentleman I dealt with was great and answered all my questions. No issues. Went back today to grab more chips and dealt with a woman by the initials AW. Started off fine and then she asked me if I had a contractors account which I did not. Good selection but don't try ordering anything from them over the phone or need any fast. They just hang up on you every time you call (tried 4x) if you call during business hours, and puts you through to voicemail if you call outside business hours.
Huge selection and helpful staff
Been calling for 4 days. No one ever answers the phone. Left a message, no one called back. Went to read the reviews and evidently this has been a problem for some time. Guess they don't want the business.
I would’ve given them zero if I could I sent a couple of my guys down there to get some Pavers. They charge him $12 a square foot for a concrete paver absolutely ridiculous. Then I think I spoke to someone named I get the Pavers to the job site. Five of them are cracked. They have chips in them.
