I have never used this company but I was in my BRAND NEW car in a parking lot while they were working and one of the guys HIT my car with his leaf blower!! He didn’t apologize or anything, just kept working. But we made eye contact and we both knew he hit my car. I have pictures of the man and the truck. I do not think there is any significant damage, but it is the principle. Terrible employee.
This company is terrible. They are not landscapers, they are weedwhackers'. The community is in Goodlettsville, TN I planted myself, and paid for all the plants in my entryway and take care of them. They send a group of (probably not US citizens) to cut all my hydrangeas plants down and two other plants. They just hacked them... The main guy running the show in the office is an absolute toolbag. He most surely acts completely different when the owners around.
Landscape workshop is mowing in our community this morning but their people skipped my front yard for no reason. I tried to call their customer service over five times when I found this situation through the ring doorbell and no one answered the phone. Landscape workshop is hired by our HOA to maintain our yard but most of residents are very unhappy with this company. They don't know how to take care of the lawn.
