Irrigation counter prices here were over 1.5x what Ewing charged in an invoice a couple months ago. Just checked, and it was 35% more than Rain Bird online, way more than SiteOne and 2.3x compared to Home Depot (order). We're talking like over $20 extra per item on a combo filter. Profit killer -- We'll stop here if it's close and an emergency, or maybe something else not irrigation related. One of the guys was friendly, others not so much.
Prices, customer service, professionalism, and overall presentation are not as good as JHM next door. I asked for a different type of spray head, but the employee gave me the same kind. Either he did it intentionally or failed to check. Sometimes, prices here are higher than Home Depot or even Ace Hardware for Schedule 40 elbows. As other reviews have noted, it seems to depend on whether they like you or whether you're a contractor or a homeowner.
