Prices, customer service, professionalism, and overall presentation are not as good as JHM next door. I asked for a different type of spray head, but the employee gave me the same kind. Either he did it intentionally or failed to check. Sometimes, prices here are higher than Home Depot or even Ace Hardware for Schedule 40 elbows. As other reviews have noted, it seems to depend on whether they like you or whether you're a contractor or a homeowner.

I’ve been going to LW since the beginning of the pandemic, and I don’t know why. I’m always friendly, saying hello when I walk into the store, and I try not to ask stupid questions (but I’m not a professional landscaper). The guys who work there are almost always rude and condescending. There are a couple of nice guys. The prices fluctuate by A LOT depending on if they like you or not.
