2023 Review- Be warned do not work with this company. Customer service is terrible. Hardly anyone answers when calling there business line. Working with the owner Omar will primarily be via email as they appear to be reluctant to talk over the phone. They have exceeded every project scheduled milestone without any communication. They have left debris, trash, and material on my lawn for over a week with claims that they failed to order enough material. To date my deck is still not completed. Had a great experience with Omar during the initial process. He is great at communicating via email and working around my very difficult schedule. He is enthusiast about his work and does try to make sure the client is happy. Unfortunately, after a couple of weeks, I had issues with my dry creek bed and the 'fix' was just a patch. After a couple of years, my creek bed is now a bed of grass/weeds and does not have the drainage for water that I requested (the reason to install it in the first place).
Trash. Don’t let these reviews fool you. I had Omar and his company do work a few years back and they had to keep coming back out to fix mistakes and wanted more money from me. Maybe they’ve gotten better but the foundation of the company most likely is still rocky.
Attentive to details, great customer service and completed my project in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the work to complete my patio and deck.
