Horrible experience, we had a budget of 400-500k and the quote ended up being 900k and we are now 10k out of pocket for privilege after being told that they can work within our budget. Do not recommend
After meeting with Brad on site for the first time and paying $430 for half hour meeting, we were very clear both verbally and via email on the budget we had and he assured us that they would work towards designing our pool and landscaping within our budget of $500k, which included a 15-20% buffer for anything unexpected. We are very impressed with the outdoor spaces that LT designed and constructed for our new home. Their vision, communication, workmanship and professionalism are second to none! We loved working with them and would not hesitate to recommend.
During some excavation works, a number of pavers were damaged. No big deal, paid for the job in full and I was told they would be back to replace the broken pavers soon. Unfortunately however, over 2 months later and we are still waiting. Not only for the job to be finished but for any form of contact whatsoever. Numerous attempts to get in contact by phone, voicemail and text message have not been not been answered or responded to. Disappointing.
