Kemmerlee Pennington and her team did an excellent landscaping and outdoor lighting for our Brentwood home! Everyone in the neighborhood complimented the beautiful privacy trees, plants and lighting! Professional, courteous and friendly landscaping team. I didn't have to worry about anything! Fabulous landscaping company!

Have had a couple of issues with the workers in the past. They aren't very detailed and don't really seem to care.
LSI is a large corporate lawn service. Their employees do not seem to put much effort into their job and they pay very little attention to detail. They rarely edge, they miss appointments, and their management seems indifferent. I would not reccomend this company.
LSI is a terrible company top to bottom. Truly awful people own and run this abomination of a business. Work quality is poor as is the management. Do not even bother talking with them -- it's a waste of time and effort.
Terrible, Terrible company! My car was parked in a parking lot at my work and this company does the mowing and weed eating for our office parking lot. A rock was thrust into my back windshield busting it out and because there was a .000001% chance that it "might not" have been the crew's fault, I had to spend $650 out of my own pocket to fund a new windshield and have a rental car for a couple of days. Very dishonest company! I would NEVER use this company for any landscaping needs.
There are many things wrong with this seemingly large landscaping company and after trying them for certain jobs and speaking with others I'm amazed they are still in business. Price isn't a problem if they were to live up to their word, I pay for quality but here you get quite the opposite. Their workers they hire are somewhat efficient but lack in ability to communicate your needs as a customer. Management has the worst business ethics I've seen however.
