Landscape Material is an excellent local landscaping company. Very honest and trustworthy with very fair prices. Their topsoil is pulverized and screened to 1/2 inch. It is stored covered and kept dry. Exactly what you want when ordering bulk soil! I ordered 5 yards of topsoil mixed with 5 tons / 3.5 yards of mason land for a lawn leveling project.
