At first I thought the quote was too high! But we liked the ideas Joseph had, trusted him to do what he promised and he did! The rain backed up the start date but they let me know in advance and tried to accommodate me however they could. They did a fabulous job, the lead worker was great and they really did better than I could imagine. Definitely would recommend and use again if needed!!! Thank you for the great job!!
Excellent customer service and work.
Workmanship is inconsistent. In some parts of the project, the flower bed designs look good. But in others, it’s obvious they didn’t measure properly—plants are too close together or too far apart, weed barrier is visible beneath the stones, and edging is kinked. When I asked them to come back and fix the worst of it, they delayed for weeks with vague promises.
Customer service was very poor. After I signed the contract and paid a deposit, communication dropped off. Emails and texts went unanswered. One of the crew members damaged my sprinkler system accidentally, and though I reported it, they never came to repair it or assess the damage. Felt like once they had my money, I no longer mattered.
Landscape King did a great job with my overgrown backyard! Our house was vacant for several months and had gotten out of hand— overwhelmingly so. Landscape King made my backyard enjoyable again!
