Look to different companies if you’re in need of similar services. This company seems to overestimate its stature. The forced talk about "company culture" made the atmosphere feel toxic and cringe. They try hard to present the company almost as a Silicon Valley-esque tech company, but falls short. While the lower-level employees seemed genuine, the upper management came off as pretentious, snobbish, and gave off an elitist vibe.
Today I learned about the sustainability initiatives of this company and I haven't felt impressed like this in years. I can only think of one other company in Michigan that makes such an effort to be stewards of their land and community but Landscape Forms may have them beat. I commend y'all for the ways you care for the earth.
