My husband was referred by one of our offices maintenance men to go to you to purchase a generator during Hurricane Milton. We purchased it of course our power went out, we opened put the wheels on and put gas in the tank and with the correct extension cords per the manual the BRAND NEW generator would not power our refrigerator but for 5-7 mins a time then trip out breaker.
