I had an emergency situation in my front yard and needed same day assistance to fix the issue. My sprinkler head was leaking water all over my front yard (I have DG which is not supposed to be wet). I was scared of a huge water bill which I knew would be inevitable unless it got fixed ASAP. I called 3 different sprinkler repair/irrigation companies and Paul is the only one who responded.
