This is a multi-practice group staffed by junior vets and front desk staff who don't seem to be interested in connecting with pets and their owners. When I went to collect my dog after surgery the vet first asked if I had settled the account. That's their focus.
My poor Jax had an abscess which needed to be drained under local. They fit him in last minute and explained procedure and pricing up front. Giving Jax prompt care and kept me informed. Thank you Landsborough Vet.
I can't fault the care and concern that the team have given to my little dog and me over the last 2 or so weeks. It was touch and go for a bit but with their care she has fully recovered. What an amazing, caring bunch of people.
