Dr. Oliver McDonald is seriously the best GP I’ve ever had hands down. We really liked this Medical Centre until today, when someone called claiming an overdue account for a service 3 months ago that I had no idea was not bulk billed. The rudeness and disrespect shown by this staff member has me still shaking hours after the call. I am shocked and appalled by the ignorance and arrogance shown. She shouted over me and refused to listen to a word I said. Dr Oliver McDonald, a highly recommended GP. Took our little Grandaughter to see him recently and came away with answers we had no idea about but totally made sense! Reception Staff, Nurses and Practice Manager are all very welcoming. Definitely will be returning!
Went there as a teen with my mum and had great assistance with general health and well being so I know this practise is the place to go for your needs.
