Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. The screens on the deck, though we paid extra for them to be replaced, were left ripped and worst than before. The siding and doors were never covered and left with stain everywhere. Damage to the wood. Spotty staining. We tried to get him to fix it, he stopped calling. Getting good help is hard enough these days, don’t trust your money here.
Stedmon did an absolute amazing job and was reasonably priced. He stained our deck and walked us through the whole process, answered any questions that came up, and was an all around great person to work with. He’s very knowledgeable and will definitely use his services in the future.

Stedmon and his assistant did a great job for me on a drywall repair project. He was able to fit me in on fairly short notice and the finished job looks great. Communication was excellent throughout the process. I look forward to using his services again. *update March 18 2024* I used Lands Plus for the second time earlier this month, for various projects including painting, carpentry, refinishing/staining and a small electrical job. Land Painters Plus did a fantastic job on our house. It was a very large project that involved painting the entire inside AND outside. Stedmon is very trustworthy, dependable and gave us a very reasonable price on the project. (Which was very important on a painting project of this size) He did the entire job while we were away out our primary house, which gave us peace of mind! Any issues that were found during the final walkthrough, he fixed immediately.
