Ordered lobster pasta......came back after quite a while to say no lobster Ordered 3 meals from grill section When they arrived enquired...thought they came with mushrooms...alas no mushrooms Cold lamb...going to have new meal cooked...2 bits of lamb from original plate then brought back overdone But new chips!! Very poor considering the prices charged Nobody asked if we had enjoyed the meal Should have refunded the price of the lamb at the very least Obviously have a captive audience with guests on board

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The steak was awful and, considering there were only a handful of tables occupied, it was shocking to see that almost everyone around us was complaining about the quality of their steak. The table next to us actually had theirs sent back twice. Of the four members of staff we interacted with, only one was genuinely lovely and provided excellent service. We had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Sunborn Afternoon Tea at the Lands End Restaurant on 5th September. We were given an Afternoon Tea voucher by family for Christmas, and when we tried to book online, there were no available dates that worked for us before the voucher expiry date. We therefore called the restaurant directly and spoke to a woman, who I believe was called Angela.
