We’ve stayed at Land’s End before as a large family group (10+ people) between 2011–2013, and we recently returned in July 2026. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. Unit 5205 appears to have had little to no updates or proper maintenance since our previous stay—it genuinely felt like stepping back into 2011. We've stayed at Land's End as a family 10+ people years ago in 2011-2013. We recently stayed this past week July 2026. Disappointed in the condo unit and the pool for those particular units. Unit 5205 has not been maintained or properly cleaned. It felt like we were still in 2011. Dated in every way. In addition spider webs, dirty blinds, missing vertical blind, and an overall uncomfortable stay. Our condo was filthy when we arrived. When we called the front desk, they were not too caring or helpful. Condo was out of date. View said ocean side but all I could really see was a trailer park next store. I came based on a recommendation but won’t return.

I don’t think the condo owns the public beach space in front of the ‘resort’. We were asked to take our umbrella down and asked “if you could just go ahead and do that that’d be great”. So beware of the employees of this facility if you’re not staying there. Wouldn’t have minded or been offended if I wasn’t asked like that.
