After the 5th time, my car has been covered in grass and mud, rocks from their lawnmower chipped off the pain of my 2016 Mustang. I've have complained multiple times and are unable to resolve the issue of having my car repeatedly covered in grass and mud. Not only were the workers rude to me when I asked them to stop blowing grass on my car, but the owner was extremely rude to me as well. He began to yell at me over the phone and then hung up on me. Well I have never been treated more unprofessionally then I have with the owner of this ridiculous company. I am not one to leave bad reviews but I called with a complaint and the owner of this company jumped down my throat as if I was a nobody screaming at me on the phone when I had a very legitimate complaint and his only excuse is well we have a job to do.
