Stay away from the service department. I brought my bike there because the rear tire would not hold air after three tubes and it would not shift onto the third sprocket on the cranks plus I wanted two new tires. They checked the rear tire said they found no reason for the tube to go flat, sold me a tire and tube and said their “tune up “ would fix the shifting problem. Don’t go to the Worcester store my $8000 electric bike was assembled incorrectly from the beginning and has been in for repair six times in the four months I’ve owned it. Every time I bring it in to be fixed they create another problem and the last time they chipped the paint on the frame and wouldn’t admit they did it but told me about it. They will not give me a receipt for the work done and are very dishonest. I am very disgusted with the place and the only thing that would make me happy is my money back.
