In a word we feel blessed to have found Josh for our 100% condo renovation in Wailea. Since we would be doing this mostly from the mainland, a contractor with the highest integrity, knowledge, and work ethic was essential. Josh Landry is all these and more. We hired Josh and his crew to do a complete remodel of our outdated and dull kitchen, master bath, guest bath, and first floor powder room. We pretty much gutted everything and started anew. We are absolutely in love with the finished result. It was very easy to make selections and communicate directly with Josh using their app, and Shelby was an angel in helping us find specific light fixtures and mirrors for our bathroom. Josh Landry and his whole team were wonderful! Working on a remodel project from afar was scary, especially since I am also in the remodel business. But everything turned out beautiful and just as intended, and on time. Their communication was great. Highly recommend this contractor!
Josh and his team did an amazing job on remodeling our condo. I couldn’t believe it was the same condo. Him and his team did a full remodel in the requested time of 4 weeks and under budget. I will continue to use Josh and Landry Construction but also recommend his services to anyone I know that needs it.
We were so lucky to find Landry Construction. They completely, professionally, pleasantly do their work. They are great to work with, know what they are doing, and get it done on time. They are absolutely trustworthy. I cannot imagine using anyone else after finding them- they have created a laundry room for us as well as a kitchen in our home on Maui.
