I’ve always enjoyed a warm reception upon my arrival to Everbrite, but I want to comment on today’s cleaning that was done by Simon (Simon only recently joined the Everbrite team). Great experience with Dr. Janna. Had a dental surgery last month and Dr. Janna took her time to give me a call on how am I doing after the surgery. I felt that she cares a lot for her patient. Excellent service!
One of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had was with Dr. Janna Kuanysheva. She seemed really fake and kind of aggressive. Her bossy attitude with the staff and the way she talked to people made me feel super uncomfortable during the whole treatment. It felt like she hadn’t adjusted to the Western work culture yet and was still working like she was in a less developed country.
