BUILDER IS A FRAUD & SCAM !!!! RUN!!! We had a very disappointing experience with this Builder. My brother paid money in connection with a real estate transaction, and according to our understanding, he was entitled to receive those funds back. A colleague of mine had a terrible experience with this guys. It’s been over 18months and they are yet to refund his down payment of over $33,000. It will be a bad idea doing business with landridge and I think everyone should be aware.
I built a home with them 2 years ago. It has been the worst experience of my life. Don’t be fooled by the five star reviews. Many of them are from the employees of the company. 1) Dhaval was unorganized through the entire build stage (the same Dhaval that gave the five star reviews) complete lack of ability to answer emails or phone calls. SCAMMERS, Irresponsible and WICKED!!! The only reason I am making this review is because I have tried to resolve this with Landridge privately but everything, I am ignored. They promised to refund me and they never keep to their words EVERYTIME. It has been over 1 year and 6 months (that's 18 months) since Landridge took my downpayment and have refused to return it.
