Absolutely appalling construction site management. The fencing is constantly unsecured and in horrendous condition, while debris, loose materials, and garbage are scattered throughout the site. This isn’t just an eyesore, it’s a serious safety hazard for the surrounding community. This builder is very disrespectful to the communities they build in. Their staff start around 4:00 pm and work throughout the evening and throughout the weekend. In three months we haven't had a single evening or weekend that has not been extremely noisy. They are not parking in front of the properties they are building, rather multiple vehicles parking in front of residents' homes leaving screws, nails and metal shards on the street. If you or your visitors want to park in front of your home, forget it.
I strongly advise against working with this builder. Over an 18–20 month period, we faced five possession date postponements, unaddressed construction defects, and pressure to take possession without official occupancy permits. After terminating our contract due to these repeated breaches, the builder has completely failed to respond to our lawyer’s formal demands for the return of our deposit. Proceed with extreme caution.
Careful when driving on the streets this guy driving the truck drives like a maniac
These sloppy builders hit my vehicle and drove off. Unfortunately didn’t have my camera on but had eye witnesses. They denied any wrongdoing. Horrific people to have in your community
