Landridge scammed me and stole my down-payment of thousands of dollars. Landridge has refused to give me my money back and I am now forced to take legal action. A warning for people wanting to use this company to build/buy a home - don't. I'm not making this review out of I'll intent. Just to warn people
If I can give them 0 stars I would. Landridge are scammers. Please, I'm urging you not to go to them. They will ask you for down-payment and after receiving it they will show you a home. After that, you will sign a contract. Then, Landridge will bridge the contract and seize your down-payment. I am a victim of this. I want my money back. Please do not fall victim to their lies and scams. Upon asking for my money back, they called the police on me when I went to their office saying "I'm trespassing". They still have my money.
They scammed me of 72k dollars. They asked me for a down payment and I gave it to them, hoping they'd give me my unit in July. They did not give me the home and I'm still waiting for my money. They are scammers!
All I want is my money back that’s all. Good builder but they are having issues, won’t recommend them to anyone else.
